Key Ingredients
Whitley Neill Platinum Jubilee Gin 70cl
2 x Fever Tree Soda Water 20cl

Key Ingredients

25ml Silent Pool Gin

Juice of half a lemon

50ml Fever Tree Soda Water

2tsp white caster sugar

Lemon Wedge

Ice

method

Step 1
Add the lemon juice with the sugar and gin into a Highball Glass and stir.
Step 2
Add plenty cubed ice and stir.
Step 3
Top with soda water and stir again.
Step 4
Garnish with the slice of lemon.
Step 5
Enjoy
