Whitley Neill Platinum Jubilee Gin 70cl

Whitley Neill Gin is a unique take on traditional London Dry Gin, flavoured with two African-inspired botanicals: baobab fruit adds a full-bodied, distinctive tartness, and Cape Gooseberries a zesty, bright citrus flavour. Distilled in England in a copper pot still named Constance, this small-batch gin sports a real stand-out flavour profile. You can definitely taste the juniper berry core, but it's nicely supported by a crisp citrus and a slightly spicy finish. Don't hamper it down too much, instead enjoy in a G&T or classic martini.
