Tekirdag Rakisi is a classic Turkish raki, an aromatic spirit made from grapes and distilled with aniseed for a distinctive sweet, anise-y flavour. There are many ways to enjoy raki, but the traditional Turkish method of slowly dripping in cold water to make it cloudy and sipping it as an aperitif sounds mighty perfect to us.
