With a striking black bottle, this Japanese Rum is somewhat of a delicious oddity. Japan is not famed for its rum, though this 7-year aged variety may make you question why. Distilled using sugarcane from the oldest sugarcane farm in Japan, this rum is left to mature in oak barrels where it imparts a notable Caribbean flavour profile. With a deep, rich caramel notes and hints of sweet vanilla, this rum is full flavoured yet also has a lightness to it unlike the rums we are often used to.
