Punt e Mes Vermouth 70cl

Punt e Mes is a traditional Italian vermouth-based aperitif that contains quinine with a curiously orangey, bittersweet flavour. The phrase “punt e mes” comes from the regional expression for “half a measure of bitter,” which is ultimately what makes it so outstanding. Famous as a pre-dinner sipper, it’s best served on ice with a slice of orange peel, but makes a fantastic mixer for a variety of cocktails, from a Manhattan to a MITO to the 70s classic, the aptly-named Punt e Mes.
