Hart and Dart Barrel Aged Gin is a new addition to the Capreolus family. Created by resting its already highly acclaimed Garden Swift gin in mulberry wood barrels, this spirit is part of a very small batch distillation. The use of an unusual wood during the casking process makes for an added unexpected sweetness. With a complex floral tone, this gin is balanced with hints of rich spices, crisp tannins and sweet, fresh fruits.
