Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey 70cl

Elijah Craig Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an old favourite with quite a story. The short version goes that, after a fire in reverend Elijah Craig’s barrel storage, he went ahead and used the charred casks anyway, which ended up giving the bourbon inside a great deal of character and depth. The nose of this one is sweet and full-bodied, with notes of toffee, vanilla, rich fruits and cream, with a candied apple, almost spicy palate, ending with a very satisfying, medium finish.
