Cardenal Mendoza Brandy 70cl

Cardenal Mendoza Spanish Brandy is aged in a solera made from wooden casks that previously held Pedro Ximinez and Oloroso sherries, giving the formula a rich body and a deep, complex flavour profile. We're talking rich, sweet coffee, chocolate and spicy aromas that lead into a palate of tropical fruits, toasted nuts, and an elusive note of peppermint before finishing with a woody dash of molasses.
