Caol Ila Single Malt 12 Year is a light, Islay malt with a delicate balance of nicely-defined flavours. Pale straw in colour, the nose features bright citrus notes, a whiff of bath oil and a dash of mint. The palate starts out sweet, a light and fragrant smokiness with a satisfying medium body, before finishing in a sweet and sour flourish.
