Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rum is made from several different Rums of different ages, ranging from 12-18 years, and aged together in oak barrels to combine the flavours into something truly unique. The end result is Appleton Estate 12 year, oaky and smoky in the beginning, opening to a nice dose of spice and dryness, but not as sweet as its amber colour suggests. Always a favourite amongst the Rum-set.
